As invited by the Board of the Polish Press Agency (“PAP”), dr Igor B. Nestoruk took part in a debate: New antitrust regulations – risks for companies, benefits for the market. The debate was held at the PAP’s Press Centre in Warsaw and the most important matters concerning the current changes in the Polish competition law were discussed. Participants included experts from Polish Confederation Lewiatan, Norton Rose Fulbright law firm, Canon Poland, PwC, T-Mobile and Siemens Poland. The debate was covered by PAP’s press services and the organisers also provided a webcast.
