Dr Igor B. Nestoruk is involved in the work of a task force of the Civil Law Codification Committee at the Minister of Justice. The task force was formed for the implementation of the Directive 2014/104/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 November 2014 on certain rules governing actions for damages under national law for infringements of the competition law provisions of the Member States and of the European Union (text in EUR-Lex). The Directive provides the essential provisions laying down the rules of private enforcement of claims for damages for infringements of the competition law.
